I created Mother Moon because I wanted to practise speaking to myself with a little more kindness.
Her voice is gentle and wise. She reminds me that I don't have to have everything figured out. That rest is part of the rhythm. That some things need time. That I can trust myself.
Now, once each month, Mother Moon will write to you.
What you'll receive
A handwritten letter inspired by the current Moon, the season and the natural rhythms of life.
Each letter will offer a little reflection, encouragement or invitation to pause and notice what is happening within and around you.
The letters are handwritten by me and posted to you, creating a small physical ritual in a world that can so easily become digital and hurried.

Find somewhere quiet.
Open the envelope slowly.
And let Mother Moon sit beside you for a while.
You don't need to do anything with her words.
