Returns & Refunds

I want you to feel happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind about a physical product, you’re welcome to return it for a refund.

Physical products

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping cost.

Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, I’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll make sure we find a solution.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads, online courses and other digital products cannot be returned or refunded once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded.

Please take a moment to read the product information before purchasing, and if you have any questions about a digital product, feel free to get in touch before you buy.
